Bourdeax Airport is situated 7.5 miles from Bordeaux, France. The airport can be accessed from junctions 11a or 11b off the ring road surrounding Bordeaux. It consists of two terminals (A and B) which are connected by a covered walkway.
The airport is easily accessible from Frankfurt, Ludwigshafen, Cologne or Luxembourg due to its central location and good connections. The terminals are joined by a weatherproof walkway. There is an Information Help Desk located in Terminal 1 of the airport.
There are a number of restaurants and cafes found in both terminal buildings, such as Cafe Gallery; Frit's; Bit Stop; Gusto Coffee Shop; Pizza e Pasta; and a few more. The airport has a conference centre located just outside the terminal buildings. There are 12 seminar rooms and one assembly hall, there also is a cafeteria catering for over 100 people. At the centre they offer fax; Internet; photocopying; and telephone services. If you require any special assistance the staff at the centre will be more than willing to help you. Passengers delayed at the airport for a few hours can go on a sightseeing tour that is arranged by the airport.
